If you have Service Pack installed then uninstall it.

I can't either open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute below command to uninstall Service Pack 1.

Hi,

My clean install 3 days ago, Heidoc via Technet, does not show it either???


Can you try and install KB976902, if that fails
run sfc /scannow followed by KB947821

But KB947821 won't install displays an error which am uploading for your expert thoughts.

Are you using repair install media that already includes SP1 ?

Maybe you have an old win7 dvd.

You mean the one with slip stream streamed SP1........No.

Correct, am probably using the earliest released official OEM version of W7 Pro.

My way of install is one learned here by Thrash.
