    that error is usually caused by either firewall or permissions restrictions, possible due to malware.

    please run an av scan.

    It's clean ran a scan.

    What exactly should pass through firewall and what do you imply by permissions restrictions?

    I agree 7 and 10 are different.

    Am using Win 7 Pro 32 bit and W10 64 on my laptop.
