Issue still persisting.....
Anyhow thanks again for trying and expert assistance!
A few questions:
1. Are these offline updates for both x86 and x64, and 7 and 10?
2. Should downloaded be saved as .iso/usb and burned?
3. In what order should they be installed?
4. Is there an option for MS off 2007 updates too?
Thanks.
A few more since had to cancel were being downloaded on my lap top.
1. What is the approx total size of all.... more than 3 GB so to burn the iso on a DVD/ USB?
2. Would they be for W7, W10 32 and 64 bit?
3. Will there be folders for each on the USB?
4. According to the OS and MS office version, should be installed in one go?
Thanks again!
I never used WSUS Offline Update i can't give you suggestion for it.
207 updates got downloaded, both iso and usb.......But they give an error
Thanks anyways!

Thanks for the info link.
Earlier I downloaded and burnt iso to a DVD. Size was approx 2.2 GB.
Installed aprox 55 security updates, hot fix and a 2 net frameworks. Took a bit of time to download (1 hour) and more to install....4-5 hrs.
MS W7 support took remote access twice, but failed, now they are escalating the case to next level......why is still giving an error.

I have no clue why there is that error code.
Have you scan your computer for malware infections.
Open the Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Menu, right-click on Cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.
Execute below command to repair Windows system files.
Code:Sfc /Scannow
1. Have run the sfc /SCANNOW command several times no violation of integrity.
2. Restored created back ups (when performed a clean install) still the same.
3. Malware scans results display it's clean.
4. Have reactivated W7 restored image online but still the issue persists.
Now there are a few things that I assume could be the issue, a gut feeling am no expert:
1. Macrium rescue media used to create/restore the clean install backup is an older version 5.0 and now it fails to load the image (displaying 3rd party), the version 7.0 rescue media does load and restore but still get the same error.
2. Some earlier updates blocking?
3. IP unable to connect to windows update?
Thanks anyways. Lets see what MS support level 3 agent does. They too get confused after remote access and checking for possible issues and keep wasting time and escalating to the next level.
