WSUS Offline Update misses updates

Hi has anyone seen this on Both WSUS offline update partially works I mean you can download and then use the client to install the updates, Both Windows 7 and 10 but go to recheck and there is many more updates that it hasn't downloaded. Not sure if I have done anything incorrect. Used your script and it done wonderful on 7 test, only one and a few optional there as Planning ahead for Microsoft shutting support down on windows 7 so building a DVD
