CheckSUR - unavailable repair files

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to update but 2 updates are stuck (KB4530734 and KB4054518) (error 80073712)

Anyway, I've done the microsoft update repair tool, the tweaking.com repair tool, renaming the update directories etc...

Now I'm giving a try to the Check SUR tool and it gives me the following:

There were some files I could retrieve, but the ones here I can't.

Anyone know where I can go to get those?

Thanks a lot for your reply and files!

2 things:
1-I can't delete the KB3022345 I get an error (0x800F0900) and I can't seem to find the msu file either to get the package file...

2-it's weird, the SUR tool doesn't seem to recognize your files.
They are in C:\Temp\CheckSUR\WinSxs\Manifests

but I still get the same errors in CheckSUR

I can't uninstall KB3022345 and I can't seem to get the MSU file from anywhere. Please help again!

lets try something else,

question first - this KB has been superceeded by kb308149 - is this on your system
if so then please run the MS diskcleaner tool
(it tidies up the updates folder)

rerun SURT

if the errors are still present

from an admin command prompt

DISM /online /get-packages /format:table | findstr KB3022345

then remove all the found items


dism /online /remove-package /packagename:

1-KB308149 is not installed

2-the command to uninstall package fails i get the error 0x800f0900 (DISM /online /get-packages /format:table | findstr KB3022345 gets one package, so i did dism /online /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB3022345~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.2)

thanks for your help.

The user software maniac over at sysnative forum helped me with this problem which is now solved

basically he helped me remove any trace of the bad KB in the registry with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
