    Just an amazing update that showed up this evening for me in WU...as a preview rollup!!


    January 31, 2020—KB4539601 (Preview of Monthly Rollup):

    Improvements and fixes:
    This non-security update includes improvements and fixes that were a part of KB4534310 (released January 14, 2020) and also includes these new quality improvements as a preview of the next Monthly Rollup update:
    • Addresses an issue that might cause your wallpaper to display as black when set to Stretch after installing KB4534310

    Over 300Mb download for just one .dll, "User32.dll" => 987Kb...!

    Could be just a hotfix. Let's hope more to come then!
