Okay good news, the Message has disappeared from the bottom right corner of my screen and i was able to change the background, but i still do not know what has caused this problem, does anyone know? I am not sure if it is completely fixed or if i will have the same problem tomorrow or in the future, so it is important that i understand what has caused this problem..

i told you why, a NON hewlett Packard install ISO was used. It does not have the required OEM folders to enable self activation. The COA key does not validate in the same way, it activates by using the MS servers.

Sorry but i am not an IT pro and my English/intelect is not the best, although i understand some things. Does that mean that my brother used a CD or a usb flash disk to download windows 7 on this PC instead of reinstalling the OS that already comes with this computer? Is that what you mean?

Please run the MGADiag report again - the error shown is known to have a number of causes, and it's possible that you have simply managed to re-start the countdown.

Also, run the following command in a Command Prompt window, and post the results

DIR C:\Windows\System32\7b*.* /ah

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

I'm afraid that's not quite right - it may be true, but that is not the cause of the MGADiag errors being reported .

It's not a common problem - but most of the time it's caused by corruption of either the registry or a set of files.
The use of a non-correct OEM disk on its own does not give this result in MGADiag

Hi @NoelDP

Looking at it in more detail, there are at least 2 more errors

Spsys.log Content: should read >>>>0x80070002
and this TTS Error: T:20200622104029943-

as for an enterprise version of Office thats another matter

note that comp was originally shipped with Pro

The installed Key is for Pro OEM from HP - so that matches the SLIC table, and the machine, as well as the COA sticker.

The TTS error is a Trusted Store problem - which almost never happens as a result of any of the 'usual' hacks.

Spsys.log often returns that error, even in machines that that pass MGADiag :)

The fact that there is a mix of languages is irrelevant - this is simply becuase MGADiag was only produced in English, with no effort at localisation. This means that any foreign-language install will give a combination of English and the local language. The most common method of installing languages illicitly is Vistalizator - which produces distinctive errors in the report (which aren't currently present)

The real problem here is this error...
Licensing Data-->
Versão do serviço de licenciamento de software: 6.1.7601.17514
Erro: chave do produto não encontrada.
This means that the machine is unable to actually read the Product Key from one of the stores - which is probably the cause of the TTS error.

We need to try and trace the problem through that - which is the fun part!
