    This is another Win Update avenue, you might want to have a look at.
    Working copy from my OneDrive. Less reboots.
    Unzip, open folder, run appropriate x32 or x64. Really doesn't matter however, DISM++ will run the appropriate one for you computer.
    I placed the folder in C:\Program Files, right clicked x64 version, which correlates to my x64 os and in the popup menu chose > Send to > desktop create shortcut.

    OK, I just used dism++ and it work find. I downloaded it from your link before.
    I'll replace it with the new download
