Anyone Got All Updates Since 'SP2' ?

Am updating an old laptop with W7 in order to apply Windows10 and have got as far as SP2 (or whatever it's called now) and am wondering if any kind soul could help me with updating it further to when it reached EOL?

simplix update pack dated may 2017. 17.5.15.zip

you probably don't need to update it. You could do the gatherosstate dance.

A waste of time and resources. What do you think Windows 10 needs every last Windows 7 update for.

I didn't know that and being from the old "Always up to date" gang I thought I needed to do that.. In any case I think all is lost because the laptop wont stay on for more than 10 minutes at a time. I've checkd Power Settings and know that the battery is past it's EOL but am powered from the main plug anyway. I haven't been able to install anything past SP1. When I posted I thought the SP2 was going fine but it wasn't.
Oh forgot, I also can't get online using that machine as IE11 wibt let me. Plus Windows says I have no internet even though the connection is on and fine.

Footnote. I now realise why I was having problems in the first place. The drive completely died rendering the laptop only good for a drive replacement, or recycling.

Is it worth replacing the disk?

modestly sized sata ssd are not that expensive and could always be moved to a different machine later.

True, but I’m going to have to check with the owner of the laptop. Thanks again
