    Why won't this install: 2022-10 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET


    2022-10 Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5.1, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB5018547)Does anyone know why?

I have been trying to get the KB4525235 update to install, but without success. I have windows 7 home premium 64-bit with 6gb of ram. I even downloaded and tried to install the update manually, but without success. What can I do to get this quality rollup update to install?
Ever since February I've had this update pending but I just can't get it to install. Every time I try it gives me this: https://i.imgur.com/T4EgepN.png I used the MS update database and downloaded the update manually and tried to install it. Got this: https://i.imgur.com/Vm7v7DM.png
Good afternoon, Can someone please tell me if there is any difference between the Security Monthly Quality Rollup and the Preview Of Monthly Quality Rollup if any. Thanks in advance.
