Is there an unofficial site for all Windows 7 updates?

I was just wondering: what if I have to reinstall Windows 7 in, like, 3 years now on... but the update server/service will not work (surprisingly, it worked for me last week, even if they said 14th January 2020 was the end of support) ?
So, beside the update pack provided in the sticky thread of this board, is there a site where to download all windows updates (those which start with "KB") ?

My specific concern is: after a fresh install of the system (like formatting the drive, installing the OS from disc), how to restore the entire state of the system (not the whole computer and drives, just the system files, the installed updates, drivers, softwares and their settings, no personal documents or other personal data)... without cloning the drive, of course ? Atm I'm backing up the system, users, programs folder with a 3rd party software and I exported the register entries through regedit. Will restoring such backup and double-clicking on the .reg file do the trick to make it work like it's working now, after the fresh install? I just want to avoid the extreme discomfort of reinstalling it over and missing updates in an offline or "unsupported" situation. And, of course, I want to avoid buying a clone hard drive

You might try the Microsoft®Update Catalog at: Microsoft Update Catalog

Another place to check out is: Internet Archive: Digital Library of Free & Borrowable Books, Movies, Music & Wayback Machine

    Good Luck,

Thank you so much, just another question: is there a way I can export the current updates into a separated installer or multiple installers for all updates currently installed on my computer (so I can restart them without downloading them during a fresh re-install of the system) ?
In case that doesn't work, does a raw file backup of the Windows folder work to achieve same result?

thanks, but does it work offline? I mean, what I basically need is all the updates I've currently installed on the machine ... as installers so if I have to install the system again, without internet, I can also install the updates that I've installed so far.
