Win 7 Ultimate asking for Activation again but won't Activate

Had Win 7 U for several years. Did a win updated recently, at restart message of needed activation. Win original CDs are retail, have both CDs. Installed is 64 one. I've tried several things posted in the forums. Some worked. But still asking for activation. Called the M number to activate, they said it can't activate that there's no support anymore for Win 7. Need to find out if I can reverse whatever I did to this PC. I uninstalled some of the updates but still the issue persists. Please help.

From the MGA DTool I got this:

Yes, I used the retail key that comes on the insert yellow sticker. What is the buffet database? Is that something I can use?

It is the buildlab in your validation report.

Win 7 Ultimate asking for Activation again but won't Activate-buildlab.jpg

    - - - Updated - - -

they said it can't activate that there's no support anymore for Win 7

Windows 7 can still be installed and activated after end of support. I have no idea why they said otherwise, either you misunderstood or the phone operator was mistaken.

    Hi

rather strange report, not seen the like before and i've seen 100's

it cannot find the correct server to validate your OS

Retail product keys should go directly to MS servers, however in your case its going nowhere
your key is not standard retail --- Technet/MSDN which were never meant to be RE-sold
This type of licence was never issued with a CD and Stickered product key.. Emailed direct from MS to user

Office 2003 is definately NOT genuine, going to a blocked server address
    Did you get them together

i suspect the reinstall has a now closed server destination address, which would imply the cd was tampered with

Thank you for your input. I purchase the Win7 from a store, and the Office doesn't surprise me if it's not legit, I got the Office from a guy that said he didn't want it anymore and was doing an upgrade and gave me a whatever CD, it was not marked but gave me the key to it. I have ZoneAlarm installed, would that be affecting the Win7? Or can there be a conflict with that Office Suite?

SIW2 -Yes, the rep said that I needed to upgrade to 10 or 11. That Win 7 is no longer supported by them and my PC will end up not working at all. I don't know too much about this but it sounded like a scare tactic to make me upgrade, (which I'm about to do today lol ) I was upfront with him and told him so you're telling me that Win 7 is no longer good but still you're asking me for these bunch of numbers to activate it, and you tell me it cannot be activated because you don't support it anymore.. then why ask for the numbers and give me the possibility of re-activation. He said that the server had blocked my key. He said that I used it too many times, or it may not be genuine. I told him someone went thru a great lot of trouble to re-make all this CD case with sticker and booklet inside then. I gave him the numbers on both stickers, on the product case there's a sticker with barcode and a bunch of numbers and the product key on a single page inside printed in yellow and yellow sticker. He said he can't help me that he was only helping me to be courteous but he was not supposed to provide any help for win7. He said but lets be clear, I have not told you anything that is misleading or contradicting myself, I'm just telling you that you need to upgrade to receive support from us.

    - - - Updated - - -

billmcct - I found a post online that said to delete a certain update that was the one causing this to happen -I had this bubble on the right corner telling me every 5 minutes to activate again after making some updates because the system was running so slow, I figured maybe doing updates... And the post said to delete a Win update, when I looked it up in my update history, it was the update I had done that day -three days ago, so I deleted it. Also someone here in this forum said the BIOS on someone's PC was old and needed update so I follow directions on that and mine needed to be updated so I did that, my system is running faster, but still can't activate. I cancelled a bunch of stuff on my ZoneAlarm because it drives me crazy to see all the notifications so I don't know if I blocked something needed for the activation to go thru maybe? Thanks for all the help!

    Hi

the MS rep will know that your key, cc6f3, has been blocked, i cant see that in the report because of the 2 items i mentioned stopped it reaching ms servers- and reporting it as such.
