Could not install KB974332 on x64?

    Thats strange you don't have CheckSur.log file.Did you run Readiness Tool as I said or not?If not it explain missing this file.You have to run Readiness Tool,exactly this one for your system http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...3-d2c47c6fcffc to generate CheckSur.log.From logs from previous post I think you have some files corrupted -solution:filling manullaly missing files (if damages are not too big only -thus CheckSur.log is needed) or repair installation (each case)

    Yes! I got "CheckSur.log", and compressed CheckSur.zip winci is attached.

    Unfortunately there are too many damages to fix manually ,the only pragmatic solution for you is repair installation Repair Install

    I appreciated for your kindness and continous concerning my problem.

    I will try to fix according to your advice after 10-15 dayes for my work, and I will report here the result.

    I tried to upgrade, but failed to boot with "jdriver.sys error".

    So, I reinstalled windows 7.

    Try downloading it manually from this link,
    http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

    Before installation, reboot, run the patch and then restart again.

    Hopefully this helps...
