window update problem

There are some corruptions in WinSxS folder.Please run Readiness Tool for Win 7 x64 http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=167367 -this tool will create CheckSur.log file in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS,please attache it to post.It is important

Just download,double click on installer and follow to the creator in application

That's nothing.It is not normal hotfix only diagnostic tool,download it from link and run,you can run it many times -there is no any limits for running this tool

it tells me it's already installed, then does nothing

So uninstall KB947821 (Readiness Tool) and install it again

it's not in my list of installed updates.... this is making me mad
