Then you should choose another OS. Not one of Microsoft's, nor Mac. Linux... no, wait, with Linux you can't it either.

I wish you good luck in finding an OS which you can fully control, which installs and does nothing without asking you.

I'm perfectly satisfied with the current configuration of the software in my laptop and require no further support to keep it running, even if it means regular maintenance the rest of us uneducated idiots are all too familiar with, usually involving skills they don't teach people in college. I can build a system that can start windows in less than 20 seconds for less than $1000.
