    Windows & Update not running


    Hi NoelDp,

    Reading other posts, found the one you suggest to run certain things on command promt, I did it and the results is like this:

    Dont know what else to do as the windows update is still saying the same, not running and been restarting the computer 1000 times.

    Please some help will be Greatly appreciatted

    This machine was bought brand new, is the one from work that I use, but unfortunately, other people used too. now I am the only one able to use and no one is to get in here anymore.

    The machine have the Microsoft key at the back.
