Thanks mates,
I had to find KB954430 and KB973688 to uninstall , but I couldn't find them. It seems these updates weren't installed at all !!!
So is it all fixed, or are you still getting the messages for the updates?
OK I'm confused now, This is your screenshot that shows them installed.

I'm absolutely confused!
yes, in the above picture Win7 says it is installed but I can't find it in Add/Remove Programs.
Unfortunately I still getting the message for the updateSo is it all fixed, or are you still getting the messages for the updates?
Forget about add/remove programs right now.
That is your screenshot, Right click on those and select uninstall till you've gotten rid of all of them. (those 2 that are multiple installs)
Then go back to the direct links I gave you and manually install them.
Well, in Update History we can't uninstall updates. That is your screenshot, Right click on those and select uninstall till you've gotten rid of all of them. (those 2 that are multiple installs)
If you right click on an update there are two choices View Detail and Copy Detail !!!
What did you mean by That is your screen-shot ?
I mean that is the screenshot you posted earlier.
Can you post another of the "Installed Updates" , If they show up there then right click and uninstall.
Thanks derekimo for quick replies.
I downloaded the updates (msxml4-KB954430-enu.exe , msxml4-KB973688-enu.exe) manually and uninstalled them by themselves.
Afterward , I restart the system.
Then, I installed the updates files that I've downloaded them manually again.
The result: Sounds my problem has been solved for the nonce and I don't receive the Win7 notification for installing the updates anymore.:)
Great! Glad to hear you got it. You're Welcome.
P.S. I had to look up nonce, good word.
