Technet product key numbers

Do Technet keys still work for format/re-installation and re-activation of Windows 7 even if the subscription has expired?

Those are regular keys purchased at a discount and work like any other key. Do not expire.

Remember, however, you cannot access the Technet page, for information.

Those keys, unless noted as KMS or MAK licenses, are retail, in terms of activation rules, etc.
