Activated but still getting Pre Release Nag Messages

I installed and activated my Windows 7 Ultimate OS but am still getting messages that there this is a pre release version and sometimes the system shuts down and restarts. However the Control Panel says that I am activated. So what gives? Is there a file left over on my external hard drives causing this?

What build version are you using? What comes up when you run Winver (click Start and type Winver into the search box and press Enter/Return)?

Well there is your problem right there. Your not running the Final RTM Build (7600)
version of Windows Seven. Your still running the RC version which now shuts down every 2 hours.
It's time to purchase the RTM version if you want to continue using Windows Seven.

    Same problem. I have 6.1, build 7601 SVC Pk 1. V 721--Exp Aug 2110
I just installed a MS Copy of my OS I guess over the top of the Beta. Eval Copy expires 21 Aug 2110 WinVer says.
I bought the OS for $57 from Costco..USA.
Everything works except for the nag.
