    Making a DVD-R Win 7 bootable

Hi- Nero 10 and MAgic ISO.

Trying to make a bootable DVD-R for Win 7

    Scenario
    1.Windows XP SP3
    2. Extract .iso into actual files
    3. Burn with NERO or MAgic ISO
    4. Try to get DVD-R to boot

Bios is correct, tired off board DVD drive.

I search many many forums. Can someone tell me specifically- what files are needed in root on the DVD to make it boot for Win 7 so I can check the DVD. And if missing can I install these separately?

I current have the files on the DVD as shown in the attachement

I have others say uise a USB stick but to me the PC should nto care about the media

    Thanks
