Continued function of RC 7100 W7

How long will Microsoft allow you to access the current version of W7 RC build 7100. I am still able to boot to my OS after the standard genuine validation windows are x out and I still have all program functions, excluding my background, which if I wanted it, I can activate it again within performance and display. [ No big deal ]. I still must contend with the bi-hourly shutdown, but is this all that will happen as time goes on?

    Appreciate!

Well, I must say this. I definitely can not afford the $319.00 for the retail version as of yet, and my OS still works perfectly and if I need the updates, I can manually download them and on top of it all, I am running Linux as a dual boot with Vista as a virtual. I do thank Microsoft for not shutting my OS down completely.

In REALITY You can buy an upgrade edition of whatever Windows version you wish to own and install it as if it wasn't an upgrade.

I thank you kindly, but I am hooked on the ultimate and I just do not trust all the ads in ebay or amazon for the deals. My luck, I will purchased an advertised sale retail oem and load the freaking thing and enter the supplied registration key, and i will be told it isn't valid and that key belongs to somebody in the UK.
