Windows 7 Activation!

hi,

I bought windows 7 pro-64 when it was released and I bought it as part of the student deal, which your probably aware of you receive the activation key via email. However, I recently formatted my PC and when I booted my system up, I had to re-activate win7 like always. The only problem is ive lost the email that had my product key in, any ideas how I can retrieve my product key?

Call your Retailer to see if can resend the emails.

yea will you have to have it email to a student email address and stupidly i deleted a number of emails with out thinking because of the limited space on my college user.

Do you know what email address i can use to contact Microsoft about this?

There's no retailer. The deal is directly from Microsoft. I believe it was $30 for a copy of Windows 7 and they email you the key for it.

If OP got directly from MICROSOFT IS THE RETAILER.
