Just do one update at at a time, You should not have many updates, they should have been done automatically.
If you do not use it, set it to hide.
It will take time but do just one at a time. When you are done let us know. We will show you how to set it to notify when there are new updates or to install them automatically. Since you have so many updates, every time you do 10 or so, do the system restore again. In case of problems you can restore back to before the problem without doing them all over, again.
That is normal. It means that the important ones (Microsoft feels that everyone should have the important ones) are all updated. The optional ones are for you to decide. Do you want them or not. If not, set them to hide.
