Well all seems to be well at my end since I did the changes, machine running well and no more of the CAPI2 errors. I've also just upgraded my Live Essentials suite and installed Messenger this time, usually not bothered with that.

CAPI2 Errors
Hi. Since July 8th I've been getting CAPI2 errors with Event ID 4107 in the Application Log. It is related to the lsass.exe process. It always happens after a reboot and sometimes at other (what appears to be) random times. I searched and tried everything I could find to fix this but no joy. It...

CAPI2 event ID 4107 not resolved
Can anyone advise on the status of this error. I know lots of people have been getting it since around 11 July. It doesn't appear to affect the performance of my PC but the error is persistent. Am I right in assuming it's an MS issue and they will eventually fix it?
