Yes,ignore this step.
This "MS Fix It" is applicable for Win 7 32 & 64bit too.Tested many time here and on other forums as well.Nobody know why MS leave there this stupid message about compatbility for older systems only.Just ignore this warning and run MS Fix It in aggressive modeWhat about Microsoft Fix it 50202.My operating system is window 7 home premium 64 bit.It is written there 'Content in this article may not be relevant to you'.
