    annoying ie9 behaivor

    HI!
I am using ie9 and it is set up to do something I find sooooo irritating! I like to have multiple windows going at the same time in the browser. I use tabs, but have separate windows too. When I try to pull them down to peak at something else, or put them side by side, Ie9 decides to try to help. It "thinks" it knows what I want, and it is frequently wrong. So, for example, if I want to stretch the window from half and make it 3/4's of my viewing area, ie9 changes the window to full size. IE9 changes the windows sizes any time I try to stretch or shrink them. It also moves the window rather than resize, even when the cursor is indicating that it is ready to stretch. I don't know what this annoying behavior is, so I'm having no luck finding a solution online. Please help!!
    Thank you!

Hello lcl and welcome to Seven Forums.

It could be that a graphics driver needs to updated to a newer version.

If the mouse pointer touches the top or sides of your screen while you are resizing, a Windows feature called Snap takes over and causes the windows to go full screen (if mouse at top) or half screen full ( if mouse to the side).
This is a Windows feature not IE 9.

See this tutorial to turn it off.
