Regular BSODs, unable to fix.
Hi all,
I am running a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEM Laptop purchased about a month ago. For several weeks now it has been having regular BSODs. I have tried a string of different fixes, driver updates, system restores etc. I thought/still think it's something to do with the ethernet port but no attempts to mend that have proved fruitful...
Here is the most recent crash log thing:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 5129
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7f
BCP1: 0000000000000008
BCP2: 0000000080050033
BCP3: 00000000000006F8
BCP4: FFFFF80002C8905F
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1
Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\030711-19936-01.dmp
C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-209602-0.sysdata.xml
The two files described at the end there are always the same, though the numbers change each time.
I have tried to attach also the information asked for in the sticky thread about BSODs, so hopefully that has worked.
Thanks,
Robert
