Hi Carol let me look at the other thread as well so we don't repeat what we've already tried. If you would uninstall adaware and install MSE for the remainder of the testing that would help. To uninstall lavasoft product completely and correctly please follow this thread advice: http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showtopic=28
Then after you have done that please install MSE immediately using this link: http://mse.dlservice.microsoft.com/d...mseinstall.exe

The dump file isn't really pointing to anything specific so after you have done the above my suggestion is to enable Driver Verifier following this guide and letting your computer bsod a couple more times while it's enabled. Guide= Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable after the computer bsods at least twice disable driver verifier by opening the program again and deleting the settings either in normal mode or safe mode if you can't in normal mode.

One thing of advice is the farther we get away from software and stuff that hasn't been Microsoft basically approved it tends to start causing more issues than we would like, that why I'm having you uninstall the lavasoft software for now anyway to see if the problem is alleviated, usually when we have a dump file that is pointing to the ntkrnlmp.exe it's usually corrupt and is caused mostly by malware program vendors for the most part and then old drivers and bios and possible virus on the computer. So we have to do a little testing in each area to narrow the playing field sort of speak.
So please bear that in mind as we try to get this fixed for you. :)

Right it won't start but if it is causing the issue you could start in safe mode and type msconfig in the start>search bar and hit return go to the services tab and click the box that says hide all microsoft services and then turn off all the mcafee services and lavasoft for that matter. Then reboot into normal mode and it won't be running. I don't think the uninstaller will run in safe mode. The computer will run in normal mode if those components are turned off and if they are causing a conflict try and see. I know it's kind of a pain but bear with me..

ok I clicked the hide all didnt see where to shut of mcafee I believe I got it uninstalled now( I dont see it in my programslist) .i deleted lavasoft I am using a differnt puter to talk to u . I have the MSE installed now and I have to go away for a few Ill let it run and see what I get when I get back in a hour. I have the driver verifier running also..

ps I have spybot and superantispyware still on here If that matters plus i think there is still apple software from my itunes and bonjour when i was looking in add and remove programs i noticed those. be back and hopefully you will be still here THANKS

OK Carol it could be those programs but we need to rule out the virus software first usually I would see if those program were affecting anything cause it would specifically be pointing to them, but you still could very much be right because I can't tell until whatever is corrupting the dump is removed it won't point to the true cause :/
