Just got another blue screen after a fresh re-installation on Windows 7. This is very frustrating to me and the reason I didn't want to wipe/re-install to begin with is because I had a feeling that it wouldn't do any good anyhow. I have no idea what to do from here. If anyone has any other suggestions then I am open to try them because I am absolutely lost at this point.
DMP file is below. I am very interested in finding out what the problem is now.
    Thank you for your time.

Since you re-installed Windows, could you upload the full report following the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html so we can see the current system status logs as well as the crash reports?

Thanks for replying. The BSOD Dump & System File Collection app would not create a Output folder named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2. I ran the program twice with no luck. I also searched my PC for a folder named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and found nothing. The System Health Report did work though and I have attached it below.

Where did you run the program from? The instructions are to save it to your documents folder so permissions will allow the folder to be created.

I originally ran it from the downloads folder and not the documents folder so that was the problem. Here it is.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff880053d4d78, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880021c4688, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff880021c3ee0, Context Record Address

Caused by DirectX or the display card/display card driver. Other possible causes are Memory problems... BIOS... Corrupted hard disk file system... Corrupted System Files... Lack of Windows updates... Drivers...
Thanks to Dave76 for help understanding possible causes.

We will start with the common problems first (see bold possible causes). Do the following steps and test after each to see if stability increases (the graphics card tests you can run concurrently as they will not increase stability unless you are forced to replace the card(s)). Post back your results after each step, and if you get a blue screen crash, upload the files again and await further instructions after we are able to analyze the crash.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. What do you mean by logging?
