DOUBLE POST SORRY
Windows now no longer boots goes straight to BSOD with a 0x0000001E or 1B error. I tried to boot off the windows 7 disc and keep getting the above BSOD errors. I am at a loss at this time I think my mobo is toast.
Sorry about the late reply, but not even on safe mode? And even when you load up the W7 disk it will blue screen?
Yep with install disc it will either hang or BSOD trying to boot, without the disc goes into BSOD loop eventually it will stop with the message repair windows. That option BSODs also.
I am memtesting the memory again one stick at a time in one slot at a time. I tried to clone my hard disc with hirens boot cd it BSOD in there as well.

You might have to do a fresh install of windows. Clean Install Windows 7
Because if you aren't even able to try and test the hardware to see what the problem could be, then we can't figure it out.
Are you overclocking by any chance?

Cannot do a clean install as it does not get to the install before it freezes BSOD's. I did test all the harware prior to this latest no boot BSOD, all seemed fine. The BSOD message it gets is IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Okay to be sure I am understanding you correctly, Instead of launching from the HDD, you are launching from the CD/DVD drive and into the Win7 installation? Which you have to do by modifying the boot settings in your BIOS.

Yes of course I am booting from the CD.
