BSOD after downloading new iTunes and while using Firefox

I downloaded the new iTunes 10.7 a few weeks ago and since then my computer has been crashing multiple times per day at what seems to be random times during the day often when I am using Firefox. I have tried re-installing iTunes and going back to old versions as well as restoring my computer to previous restore points but no luck. During this time I was also without any antivirus software but I almost positive that I don't have a virus and I am now back to using Trend Micro.

At the blue screen i get DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message and NETw5s64.sys although I'm not sure if this is relevant.

I am currently running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and I have tried updating some of my drivers because this was a proposed solution on the iTunes discussion board to a similar problem I was experiencing.

I hope I have provided enough information and if I need to add anything else please let me know.

    Thanks!
