    BSOD since I installed new HP printer


    Since I installed HP officejet 6600, BSOD occuring when using HP software:
    example : to check ink levels, printer status, etc..
    BSOD only happening since I got this HP printer, old canon printer worked fine
    updated all HP software & drivers with HP update utility

    hello rickk82.

    Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

    Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

    Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.
