    Random intermittent BSOD, Error 0x00000124

I'm getting a BSOD frequently, though quite often Windows simply freezes until I hard reboot it too. I suspect driver issues, but I'm a bit clueless in such things, please help!

Welcome to SF Wilhelm :) .

None of the bug checks you uploaded are 0x124, but rather they are all 0x7E (0x1000007E).
They are consistently due to an out dated driver.
    Code:
Product Type Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC
    Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtl8192se.sys
    Code:
    lmvm rtl8192se
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff880`03c32000 fffff880`03d39000 rtl8192se T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: rtl8192se.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rtl8192se.sys
        Image name: rtl8192se.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data

No code has to be inserted here.Install the driver following this tutorial:

    Now about the hangs,
does it happen during intensive work loads?
    Is it random?
Are you positive that the entire PC hangs, and not just the peripherals (mouse & keyboard)?

    • Download Crystal Disk Info and post a screenshot (multiple shots if you have several HDD's).
    • Download HWinfo and post a Screenshot of the sensors window, one at idle and another while putting load on the PC using Prime95 for the CPU side and Furmark for the GPU.
      • Before running Prime95 make sure to enable Round-off checking (see 1st post under the tutorial).

         Note
It is not mandatory to run both tests simultaneously, although possible as long as the temperatures are under constant monitoring.

    Let us know the results.
