Getting BSOD, clock interupt not recieved on 2nd processor

For the past few months, I've been receiving the BSOD, clock interrupt not received on a 2ndary processor within the allocated time. These games (Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, and Europa Universalis 4) my computer should be able to handle, which it does, then crashes after a little bit after starting it.

16 GB of RAM, and 3.6 GHz of processing power with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 graphic card on an XPS 8300 with windows 7

I've tried upgrading my power supply, thinking it wasn't getting enough power, but that didn't work (600W now instead of original 460W that it came with)

    Hi Rico5924.

    Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

    Let us know the result.

I've done two of the 3 tests default tests for the program you recommended so far. (I have no clue how it works entirely)

Results: (all used/ will use 8 torture tests which is default on my computer)

Small FFT's: crashed some point after 15 minutes in and before 2 hours in (added crash dump as attachment)
    Large FFT's: TBD
Blend: came through the entire thing without a problem

Will do the other test soon. Just a quick update.

    Code:
    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa8010a34028, be000000, 800400}

    Probably caused by : GenuineIntel

    Followup: MachineOwner

If it BSODs during Prime95, specially with bugcheck code 124, it is the CPU that should be changed.

I would suggest you to replace the CPU.

I did the large FFT's and they crashed (Crash dump provided), as well as do the Small FFT's again, to make sure it wasn't a fluke. It crashed again on those.

You should change the CPU now.

Can I recommend trying the tests in safe mode, I looks like a failing CPU but I've encountered cases where it crashes in normal mode but not safe mode which indicates a software issue.

Ok i'll do the tests in safe mode (just to be sure). If It crashes, should I assume CPU automatically and just go and replace it?

Edit: actually my computer won't start in safe mode beyond a few seconds.

You should follow this advice. Testing in Safe Mode is unnecessary...the CPU must be replaced.

If the PC won't start in safe mode then it definitely looks like a failing CPU and I will agree with Arc and Golden that the CPU must be replaced.
