Please update your System specs - it threw me off.
You're running Win8.1 Pro according to the data you posted.

I'll keep digging in the Speccy output to see if anything becomes apparent.

    First glance:
AMD Hydra, do you have more than one monitor?
HYDRAVISION - For RADEON and Mobile ATI Products

If not, launch Catalyst Install Manager (CIM)
Control Panlel > Programs and Features > AMD Catalyst > Uninstall > Custom
    Uninstall
    Hydra
    and
Catalyst Control Center (CCC) - only used for overclocking, which you said you did once, but stopped OCing

I'm not certain Hydra is included in CIM, but that's the logical place.

After that, follow this tutorial to limit the startup items (2nd step of trouble shooting in the tutorial is to limit services, then add them back in one at a time to try and find out if a particular service is causing an issue)
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

    Still digging.

The Speccy report shows different AMD hardware than your System Specs.
ATI AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
    Manufacturer: ATI
Model: AMD Radeon HD 7600M Series
    Device ID: 1002-6840
    Subvendor: HP (103C)
    GPU Clock: 500.0 (600.0) MHz
    Driver version: 14.100.0.0
    Memory Type: HyperMemory
    Memory: 2048 MB

Some additional information - install order for dual graphics seems to be important.
    1. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...ng&ProdId=3712
      Select the exe version
    2. AMD Catalyst Notebook Display Driver
It's interesting to note that the 14.4 package mentions AHCI issues, but the mobility package does not. Speccy shows the std MS AHCI controller - I'll look into that later. I think it should be an Intel controller. Tis is probably why AMD took their AHCI controller out of the GPU package.
      AMD Catalyst Driver said:
AMD has received feedback that some users are unable to install the Catalyst 14.4 driver on some motherboards with AMD chipsets. We have investigated the issue and have determined that it was caused by the AHCI driver component that was included with the driver package.

We have therefore removed the AHCI driver component from the driver package and will be providing it as a separate download.

If you were affected by this issue, we recommend you download and install this updated version of the driver.

Before installing this driver, please ensure you have uninstalled the previous driver using the Add/Remove programs option in the Control Panel and also deleted the installation folder for the previous driver. This folder can be found at the following locations:
      C:/AMD/support/14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-64-dd-ccc-whql
      or
      C:/AMD/support/14-4-win7-win8-win8.1-32-dd-ccc-whql
Package contains the following graphics drivers and dependent/required software for the products specified in the current version's official release notes for the 64 bit version of Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1:
      Display Driver ver. 14.10.1006
      OpenCL(tm) Driver ver. 10.0.1348.5
      Catalyst Control Center
      HydraVision
In any case, it's always wise to uninstall the AMD GPU driver first

hello, and thanks for helping me

i did that plus removing hydra, but the problem still persist. plus, sometimes, after the freeze i receive the whea_uncorrectable_error with the following log in the event manager :
    Code:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

    Reported by component: Processor Core
    Error Source: Machine Check Exception
    Error Type: Internal Timer Error
    Processor APIC ID: 2

The details view of this entry contains further information.
this happens only when i start to play a game, when the radeon switches on but not always ( for example, yesterday i had no problem with bsod's or freezing )

if i could provide further information, please tell me, i`m so tired of this issue

big thanks again, i appreciate it so much

I'm not sure what to tell you.

A few things I did determine
    1) The std AHCI probably should be Intel. Download and install the softpaqs from HP
Intel Chipset: Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver - HP Pavilion g6-2303sq Notebook PC | HP® Support
Intel IME: Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver - HP Pavilion g6-2303sq Notebook PC | HP® Support

    2) The AMD graphics softpaq includes the Intel graphics driver (8.15.10.2669), but HP offers an updated version of the Intel graphics driver (10.18.10.3277)
You said you installed the AMD driver from HP, I suggest updating the Intel driver
Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver - HP Pavilion g6-2303sq Notebook PC | HP® Support

    3) Cannot create d3d device I don't play many games and I've never used Steam, but there are a few references:
    https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...1740-IMNO-4856
Basically says: Windows Update and make sure .NET is up-to-date. It also says to update your graphics driver.
    The clincher might be this:
If the crash persists, set the following launch option:
    ◾Go to Steam's Library.
    ◾Right-click on the affected game.
◾Go to Properties > General > Set launch options...
    ◾Type in -dxlevel 81.
    ◾Click OK.

Note: if you are attempting to play Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, or Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, you must set your launch option to -dxlevel 90 instead.
There is also this on the Steam forum which mentions running the game in a lower resolution.
Failed to create D3D device! - Steam Users' Forums

AS long as you're certain that you've updated Windows, that you have the Intel drivers installed (above) and the graphics drivers installed, then there's not much more I can help you with to solve the issue.

and.... if the Steam references don't help .. I'm stumped!

Post back if anything changes after you verify and update the drivers or apply the suggestions from the Stem site.

If you get another BSOD, please follow the BSOD posting instructions so other members can analyze the dump(s).

    Thanks,

    Bill

did everything you said, except installing Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver - HP Pavilion g6-2303sq Notebook PC | HP® Support, because at the setup i was told 'you don`t meet the minimum requirements'

well, reinstalling ( i think for the 20th time in 1 month ) the latest driver from amd solved the issue with d3d.
also, i updated each driver to the last update via device manager

everything went well for about a day, when i faced again the freeze issue. but, this time i found that the error 'Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.' causes me these freezes, i know this because sometimes the display flicks and then the laptop freezes. sometimes goes black and back and shows me the error, sometimes just freezes

    thanks again

    Thanks for the update.

I'm still stumped, but I can ask for current information about your system. You've changed some things and the precious reports are out of date.

The first two you've done befre. The 3rd one is a new request: Doesn't Do Squat (DDS)-build a report that contains information similar to the other two tools, but it might pick up some piece of information that the other two do not.

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

Speccy - Publish Snapshot of your System Specs

    DDS Download
Two log files will be opened in your text editor when DDS is finished.
Please attach both files to a post so members can analyze the contents.

    Thanks,

    Hello.
I have not been replying because the issue disappeared for a while. It seemed to work some time cleaning some dust using an air-compressor, laptop causing only some resets of videocard driver while playing games for 1-2 minutes.

Now it seems that the laptop is causing laptop either a freeze with no bsod, either a bsod containing WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. I have monitored the temperatures, and they occur when its temperature is around 60°C.

    the speccy snapshot : http://speccy.piriform.com/results/p...yqnGuG2kosTsYG
the dm report is attached below
i could not run the DDS, reporting this error: "DDS is not meant to run in 'Compatibility Mode'." , and i can't find any Run as Administrator in properties.
aditionally, i ran a Windows Memory Diagnostic and an IntelBurnTest and no issues were found
also i ran a System File Checker with some issues listed in a log below, in CBS.rar

    thank you
