BSOD upon waking from hibernation (new laptop)

I just got a new laptop a few days ago- a Lenovo T540p, and everything's been working great. However, I put the computer into hibernation last night, connected to AC power. Upon waking it from hibernation this morning, however, I encountered a problem. It happened kind of fast so I didn't have time to analyze much.

    >Opened lid
    >Laptop sprung to life, even though normally I have to press the power button to wake it
    >Pretty sure some ThinkPad logo came up
    >BOOM bluescreen. Didn't look normal though, as I saw nothing about Windows encountering a problem, and it said something about parameters. Only stayed on screen for a few seconds
    >windows restarted, went to boot screen with the "safe mode or start normally" stuff
    >laptop said windows just recovered from an unexpected shutdown (i believe those were the words) so i checked for a solution online
    >nothing else happened, everything is working fine
    >put it through another hibernation cycle and nothing happened

Here are the files per posting rules:

I appreciate any advice on what I should do, or if I should be worried at all.

Please update you intel WIFI drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

Once you have done this please run:

Thanks for the timely response. I updated what I could (bluetooth driver said it installed, but it still showed that I should update to the most recent version on the Intel website. Which is weird, because the download file is exactly the same as the one I already have. The graphics driver also won't install, it says it's not verified for my computer). I also ran the driver verifier, and I haven't had any problems yet. Thanks.

Also, just curious- why don't you have any Antivirus (as of your system specs)?

I'm marking this thread as unsolved because I just opened my laptop lid (it goes to "sleep", not hibernation when I close it) and it began waking up, but then a screen popped up that said "Windows failed to start." It went straight to what looks like a Lenovo system tool and tried to fix itself, but to no avail. It then let me shut the system down and restart with no problems, after asking me if I wanted to do a system restore, which I declined. I'm sorry I don't really have any files to give you from this event.

I've only been doing normal stuff, like downloading Google Drive and organizing folders. I still have "verifier" running, and this is the first problem I've run into. I have no interest in my laptop running into errors all the time because I'll be leaving for my first year of college in about a month. Any advice? Should I make a new thread somewhere else since this isn't really a BSOD?

Let me ask one of the other guys to come and have a look at this, they have more knowledge with start up.

The easiest and perhaps fastest way to troubleshoot this issue is if you Restore the machine to Factory conditions. I'm not sure how to do this on a Lenovo, mainly because a few things have changed.

The best information is on your machine, probably in the Lenovo help in start menu.

Here are two links , one legacy and a new one (perhaps too new for your system - not sure)

How do I recover my factory installed programs and files? - Desktops and Workstations

Introduction to Lenovo OneKey Recovery 8.0 for Notebooks - Lenovo (US)

The restore options are sometimes confusing (at least it is on HP machines) - I'm suggesting a complete recovery. There might be wording that warns you about all data being erased or restoring to factory condition.

    or

You can continue troubleshooting sleep / hibernation

If you continue trouble shooting, I'd start by eliminating hibernation as a possible cause.
    Open an Elevated Command Prompt

Type the following in the Command Prompt window to ten off hibernation (you can turn it on if/when you want by chaning off to on on the command line):
    powercfg -h off
    exit

    Restart your machine

Since the machine is only a few days old - I'd go with recovery.
