Well, the driverview file is generated before uninstalling Kaspersky. :)

Disable bluetooth in the device manager.

Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ ... take the Intel® Driver Update Utility and update all the drivers offered.
Let us know if it offers an update for Renesas USB 3.0 Host Controller or not. If not, we have to search for some other source.

Upto Synaptics TouchPad Driver from Drivers ? Synaptics

Update Realtek 8167 NT Driver from Realtek .... get the second item of the list, the Win7 and Server 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program.

Update the nvidia display driver from Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers .... take the Option 2 of the page.

Disable Intel Turbo Boost, too.

And, dont forget to update the WiFi driver as suggested earlier.

1. i did uninstall the Intel turbo boost.
2. u said to disable the bluetooth why?? and which one should disable ?? (see the image i attached)
3.synaptics poniting device driver(since the issue continued i given my lap to local tec he reinstall os n update my driver and install these. i dont ve any idea about it should i keep or remove this prog ???)
4.in the intel driver update utility i ve option for download only to Newer Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Connection Utility Available and Intel bluetooth (pls do see the pic)
5. i didnt ve driver for Renesas USB 3.0 Host Controller what to do now ??

First time i got those are the driver need to update nw i got this i attach pic see.. nvidia driver is downloading from the site u mentioned is it enough or else i need to download anything further??? pls do check my prev reply and solve the issues too

Please type have instead of ve? Its difficult to read SMS language. :)

Bluetooth is always problematic. That is why it should be kept disabled. If you use bluetooth anytime, enable it and then use it. I woild suggest you disable everything related to bluetooth.

The local tech (I guess you are from TamilNadu) havent installed the up-to-date driver to anything. All the drivers are backdated. The version of the installed touchpad driver is 15.2.6.0 and that one we linked you is version 17.0.19. Get it from the supplied link, and then run the installer. It will do everything for you, automatically.

Get both the drivers suggested by Intel, but then keep bluetooth disabled. Dont enable it unless it is needed.

For the Renesas USB3 Driver, search in Support | Dell India
Use the "Detect my Product" button, or enter your Dell service Tag.

When all is done, test the situation. Put the computer to sleep for a few times then wake it up. See if it BSODs or not. Let us know.

yep i am from Tamilnadu ..

1. you didnt provide me link for version 17.0.19 synaptic pointing device to download
2. In intel driver utility only the nVIDIA GeForce GT 525M/GT540M Graphics Driver (which i can get from the DELL Driver update itself) is mentioned to update.
u already provide another link to update the nvidia should i install that too???
3. along with nVIDIA GeForce GT 525M/GT540M Graphics Driver should i update these too??(refer the pic)

Wen i try to download nvidia the chrome get freeze often and so i couldnt donwload it so i m using via safe mode networking to download y the freeze occuring???..!

ouch sorry its a misunderstanding i thought u r trying to suggest me version for synaptic driver..!! y should i b offensive towards u wen u r trying to help me..! i m following ur suggestion ly but the thing is i couldnt able to download the nvidia so far bec its getting failed till 100mb and stop responding (sometimes chrome freeze ) so i m stuck up in downloading nvidia..

1. installed nVIDIA GeForce GT 525M/GT540M Graphics Driver from dell site (Product Support | Dell India )should i again install nvidia from this site(Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

2.I installed realtek from this site (Realtek) should i again intall from this site {Realtek } (which i got from the intel driver identity)

3. should i update bios and TSST too??

4.Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller ( its mentioned in the intel driver identity ) pls do provide a link to update it if i need to update this means wen i google i got this site (Realtek) but i dont knw hw to proceed further.

5.pls do provide me some other link to update synaptic poniting device driver..(the prev one i tried to download the zip file but i couldnt able to download its getting error)
