I had some other things to do, too.

Let us know which driver version of nvidia you got from Dell.
The driver you got from Dell is a good one.
Update to TSST is not ever required. BIOS updates are good, but risky. It may be fatal in new hands. So better you keep away of it.

Download and unzip. There is pictorial instructions about how to install this update.
Click on the link previously stated .... Drivers ? Synaptics .... a new tab will open. Scroll down to the bottom of that page. Agree and submit. A download will start, the size is 118 MB aprox.

When done, put the computer to sleep for a few times and wake it up. Does it still BSOD? Let us know?

That is why I told you to update network driver. When the computer is idle till the sleep time set, network stops working.

Hi Madhumitha. Please type in English? It is difficult to read SMS language. I have a knowledge that the people of Tamilnadu speaks English better than Tamil.

apparently the nvidia driver you got from Dell is very old. Use the Option 2 of Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers .... it should give a latter one. If not, keep that one that you downloaded.

If you updated the realtek network driver that I linked, forget everything rest about it.

Apparently all the necessary drivers are already updated. Good to see that the wifi driver is updated.

A question to you .... how you connect the computer to internet? Using a ethernet cable or using the wifi?

When the last update is done, put the computer to sleep and wake it up after a minute. See if it still BSODs or not. Let us know.

so sorry . i am used to type like that so it automatically came when i am typing here.

1.i am using internet via wifi (BSNL)

2. i have one issue now. i downloaded the synaptics(wic u provided me) and run to install it. when i do so it suggest first remove the already existing otherwise both leads to not working (kind of warning ) so i uninstall the original one and restart it . Then i try to install the updated version it show finish (ready to use ) but its not available in the program list (once i installed i even restart it ) yet it doesnt show in the list and in driver view (do check the img).

1. BSNL = Bhai Saab Nehi Lagega. I dumped their connection long ago .... happy with PMPL. Far far better speed and connectivity.

2. Synaptics is needed only to run the touchpad. Is the touchpad working after installing the new one? Then check if it is configured with startup or not.

Click on the Start button
Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
Select the “Startup” tab.
Check for the item "SynTPEnh" there.

If it is there, all is well. Nothing more is needed from its part.

No problem mate. Concessional rates are always good.

Saying again, when all is done, put the computer in sleep on a test basis. Then wake it up. Observe if it BSODs again or not. Let us know it in your next reply.

thanks a lot for ur help arc.! i didnt get blue screen error when the system wakeup after sleep mode..! but i am facing another problem when ever i try to use CHROME (it work for 5-10 min and suddenly freexe stop working this prob doesnt araise wen i m using mozilla chrome crash occur only wen the system is boot first after few repeated attempt it work ) why this issue is coming??? i m facing it for long time... is the prob is on chrome or on my system ???

no the problem is not resolved (it doesnt occur wen i wakeup the system from sleep mode) it occur only wen i on the system (first time) the chrome crash and not responding and the blue screen occur same 09f error :cry:

...! what to do now ??? is there any hardware failure??? its beeen 5 month same issue araising repeatedly :cry:

A stop 0x9F should not be a hardware issue in general.

But at this point I think we need a crash dump to analyze.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

The last data that I checked and the last post that you made .... both points to a same thing .... the Intel WiFi driver. Now it is to know that if there is anything playing behind the stage and making Intel WiFI fail. A crash dump will give a precise view.

Something that I did not expect. Frankly speaking.

It is nvidia optimus technology that is causing this issue. Most frequent for portable computers.

Before I suggest anything to you, I will ask you to questions.

Do you play heavy games?
Do you carry the computer out of home for several hours?

My suggestion to you will be based on your answer to these two questions. So answer them properly, OK?

Till jan it was working well .. due to trojan virus in exe file i format lap and resinstall os (via local tech since that time i didnt carry any of my driver CD wit me ) then too it worked fine from may after my college got over ly this issue started i that it araise bec of improper installation of OS so i format .. even i do it come again n again.. !! so wt kind of step i ve to do it nw to resolve it???

mostly i watch movies in lap

i play online games very rarely ..

now days i didnt take my lap out

The fact is, you have to let either of the graphics (Intel or nvidia) go.

Nvidia one is needed for playing games those needs high graphic rendering, and all the rest (including most of the online games) can be performed nicely with the intel HD graphics that you have.

If you drop the intel graphics, nvidia graphics will not be able to keep the battery charge for long, over the entire college hours. So better you drop the nvidia graphics.

See this video .....

But dont do what is done there. Do the reverse. Use the "Integrated Graphics" instead.

Then see how it works. Let us know.
