    Hmm maybe a timely reminder for all of us coming up to those anniversaries to get yourselves checked out .
    By the way there are new tests for the usual issues and you blokes out there soon to be anew test (blood) for prostate cancer as the old PSA test has found to be only 60% indicative.

    I had a follow up Dr. visit this past week and scheduled for a complete physical exam. with blood work in September.
    I will ask to have this new test done.

    I have been going to the Dentist and Dr for the past 2 weeks with good results was even told to keep eating how i am eating i dropped four pounds from the last visit my Dr was overjoyed

    Mind you i do take Blood pressure medication but i don't go over 140/80 it's the highest i have had in a while but Dr visits give me added Anxiety usually i am 126/70 or so

    I normally get blood work done every six months, followed by a visit to the doctor. However, the last time I went in, my Vitamin D was low (again) so, after taking a course of Vitamin D, I get to go back after three months to get it checked again, then go in for my regular teats three months after that. Joy!
