    Get Icon-Buttons in Explorer Tool/Menu Bar


    Hallo,

    I used this:
    How to rearrange the items in toolbar of windows explor
    to edit my Explorer Tool/menu bar a few month ago to get the 'Text-Buttons' for Copy, Cut, Paste, Delet and New Directory

    But the text-Buttons a very long so when i resize the Explorer window,
    they often get hinden behind this two Arrows ('>>').

    So it would be great to get the oldstyle Icon-Buttons for this functionality cause they are smaller than the text.
    So is there a was to get them without installing new Software??

Taskbar buttons context menu

I don't like the new fancy context menu of taskbar buttons. Can I return the old simple Windows XP one or is this also not possible?
Along the lines of this: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/92587-start-menu-user-folder-buttons-open-users-instead-libraries.html But having them point to folders of my choosing. Is it possible?
Could I change "Default Programs" to "Add/Remove programs"? Or even add a new entry in the start menu?
