    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Are you using third-party custom themes if so each theme will have its own font style.

What I mean by third-party custom theme is are you using a custom theme that you downloaded from let's say Browsing Visual Styles 7 on deviantART
    Or
Are you using the default Windows 7 Aero theme?

This tutorial will show you how to save a theme after you have made changes like the font background color etc. Theme - Change or Save

    Hello Andrew
There is one more thing that you could do it would be time-consuming, you could change all the fonts one theme at a time to get what you want each theme would probably take about 5 min.
Join this forum for free Virtual Customs
And then follow this tutorial starting at step two will show you how to change all the fonts in one theme quickly Change all Fonts in WSB easily..All you need is two programs this one has a 30 day free trial Downloads - Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. Edit .exe and .dll files directly - restorator - localization - translation - editor - windows resources - skins And this one is free Notepad++ Home
