    Theme Colors in Explorer/Start Menu

So, I'm trying to install a theme (charleston2378's deviantART gallery) for my computer, and I think I'm mostly there. I've replaced all of the .dll files and applied the theme in the Personalization window. The only thing left is my Explorer and my Start Menu. It's supposed to look like the first, dark image, but instead it's still the second, lighter one. I don't know what to try to get the colors to look right and match the theme. If anyone can give me some suggestions or anything it would be much appreciated.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums

That is my favorite theme I am using it now. Something must've went wrong with the installation.
Did you put 1 Tavaris folder and 1 Tavaris.theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes (look at screenshot)?

Did you do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work?
