Changing Font color on Windows 7 Start menu

I've gone into Control Panel/Change windows colors and metrics and changed all the font colors on all categories I think... but the Start menu font is still black although it did change the font default to Comic Sans MS. I'd like the color to be red.

With the Aero theme Change windows colors and metrics has very little effect.

I can change that for you, using Windows Style Builder and post it here in a zip folder.
    &
This will be a custom theme and you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7
    Or
Theme - How to Apply Custom Themes

Do you want the left side in the right side and all programs menu with red text?
If you would know the RGB of the red let me know.

    Let me know.
