I'm going to bed now, but I can say that it was meant to run with Windows versions up to XP; and that I'm not sure how you would use compatibility mode on a driver...
It's for drivers also (remember a driver is just a program) if it has a .exe you right click on it select properties>compat> run as xp etc>run as admin :)
I dont think you will be able to install a.inf file which are basically x86 drivers on a x64 bit system ,I personally think XP Mode is your best bet Windows XP Mode - Install and Setup thats about as far as I can go
Unfortunately XP mode cannot be used on Windows 7 Home Premium. And I think there's still some confusion because this is a much much much older driver, so I don't think it's x86...
Right now I am installing Windows 2000 on a virtual machine in the hopes this will work. I'll let you know!
Ha, shows you what I know!
Well, now I'm in a whole new crisis because somehow my laptop crashed entirely while setting up Win2000 on the virtual machine, and every time I try to log in in anything but safemode I crash to a blue screen.
So, obviously figuring out WTH just happened is going to take priority...
