Fault Module Name MSVCR80.dll after downloading a movie file

what is the best solution for a corrupted drive MSVCR80.dll
because of this problem, my system is crashing and i use now safe mode
it says windows explorer has stopped working
problem event name: appcrash
application name: explorer.exe
this appcrash happened since i downloaded a movie file, in my disc C, downloads folder,
I was too wrong that pasted on my desktop
and now since every reboot of the system windows explorer stopped working
and i cannot do anything even in the safe mode i cannot delete the movie file,
i think it's some malware
please help me, it's frustrating !

First do a virus scan in safe mode.

Then go to this page: msvcr80.dll free download - DLL-files.com (don't worry, that website can be trusted) and download the "msvcr80.dll fixer" and read the instructions on that page on how to use it. Please make sure you don't install/run anything after the tool does its work and prompts you to scan for further errors.

If this does not fix the problem, download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) here: Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Centre and install it and then reboot your PC.
