HELP!!! Brink or any1 professional I NEED HELP!!

    Hello Brink (or anyone else),
I have so many problems in my laptop, lets start one by one!!

1- CD/DVD ROM autorun NOT WORKiNG!!!!!
When I open any CD/DVD the icon and the autorun features disappeared from Windows !!!! can I reinstall it!!???

    2- Processes not Working correctly!!!
Example: I started Task Manager from the Start bar (right-click -> start task manager) it won't work, so I used Ctrl + Alt + DEL then last option Start Task Manager, then it work, and I can see my old taskmgr.exe and I see its memory 944K but the working Task Manager Memory is 3,656K which is the working one!! This is not only from Task Manager, maybe most of my programs is like this situation Ex.: I have three wmpnscfg.exe
    A: wmpnscfg.exe 712 K
    B: wmpnscfg.exe 860 K
    C: wmpnscfg.exe 864 K
    and I have:
    wmpnscfg.exe 880 K
    mpc-hc.exe 1,160 K (but its not working)

3- TRAiNER not working!! Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
This trainer maybe contains trojan, but its not a harmful virus, so I don't care about this virus, I have 6 Anti-Viruses: COMODO Internet Security, Sunbelt CounterSpy, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Spyware Terminator, IObit Security 360, IObit Malware Fighter, ALL of them are shut down, I shut down them to open the Trainer, but it gives me the same error, maybe its services are working because its icon is not appeared, when I start windows in Safe Mode, I can see its icon and I can run it without this annoying error, but it won't start maybe becasue Windows is on Safe Mode and installer service is stopped! Please tell me how I can run it or which services I should stop it!?

    Questions:
How can I stop services? shall it in MSCONFiG ?
Which services in Microsoft are unneeded?
Which services in Microsoft are important?
If I stopped a service like IObit Security 360 (or any other program), will the program run again?
    What is services.msc?
Can I speed up my PC with shutting services?

    Thanks!
    addas

First check for infection by updating and running a full Malwarebytes scan.

You dont' need all of those A/V programs running and none are recommended here. Install one lightweight A/V like recommended free MS Security Essentials or Avast6, update and run a full scan. Avast6 32 bit can schedule deepest boot-time scan.

    Next run SFC -SCANNOW Command,
if necessary from Command Line in System Recovery Options:
SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot

    Now create a Clean Boot:

Uncheck everything in msconfig>Startup except AV and gadgets, after several reboots check if anything has written itself back in and turn it off in its program Preferences or Uninstall.

Next in msconfig>Services choose "Hide All MS Services" to see what is running without your knowledge. Uncheck then after several reboots check back to see what turns itself back on, turn it off in program Prefs or Uninstall.

Check your logs and System Resources for clues to problem: troubleshooting steps

Consider running a Repair Install as a last resort before clean reinstalling: Reinstalling Windows 7

In addition to the excellent advice above - is this a game trainer? be careful and scan it, many times these trainers contain malware ...

Any chance you could tell us your system specs so we know what hardware we are dealing with?
