    How do i group windows 7 UAC credentials


    Hello,
    I have a laptop (windows 7, not connected to a domain) with lots of users and admins. when you log on to a stranded user account and you get prompted for admin approval there is a big list of user accounts, is the any way i can group them so i type the user name and the password like in a domain

    please help and i will be very thankful.

    Like the image below but not connected to a domain.

    The only thing I found close to what you are asking is this:

    User Account Control (UAC) - Change Prompt Behavior for Standard Users

    But unfortunately that is not going to help you. I could not find a way to do it when searching, but I feel group policy might have a setting on this. Most options I see only deal with the way the prompt is presented, and not about modifying the prompt.
