Highlight each Startup listed to follow Soluto's suggestion to disable or delay. Then after you uninstall Soluto monitor these in msconfig to make sure they stay disabled or in services.msc to make sure they keep their Delayed Startup.

We were working together on Soluto, to disable and delay any Startups and study the Soluto map to see what was delaying startup. Instead of reporting this back, you jumped to a Clean Reinstall. If you were going to Reinstall I would do a Diagnostic install that stretches out the time to test performance between the actual install, then installing each round of Important and Optional Windows Update, then installing Programs, then making settings changes. This allows you to pinpoint the problem.

Most users have no idea how to reinstall Win7, that drivers should come only from the installer and then Windows Update after enabling Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3), only importing any drivers still missing after all rounds of Updates are installed which also delivers patches to make the same hardware run better.

Most Users force a bunch of drivers like XP into a driver-complete OS. If you did this then that could be your problem. I would do the reinstall again and stretch out the time between each phase of the install>Updates>Programs>settings to try to pinpoint the problem. Then you'll know for sure its hardware.

Everything that works best for Win7 install based on tens of thousands we've helped with here is compiled in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I would start first by wiping the hard drive with Diskpart Clean Command
since you could also be affected by stray boot code. This gets the slate cleanest.

    Hi again.
I tried everything written on this thread before even i read them. As a final solution i did the clean install.
When i say clean, i mean a wipe to the disk. Win 7 install with minimum requirements, no driver install no update.
Those soluto pic i send was after that clean install. So its still running like an oxcart.
I tried another hdd on the pc again with a clean install, same oxcart situation.
So i tried other things. I mean its not a software issue.

Have you installed all Important and Optional Windows Updates now, imported any drivers that were still missing in Device Manager after Updates completed with no more offered?
