Is there some reason you couldn't follow the simple directions in the link to post the screenshot the way we want it?
Problem is you converted DISK0 to Dynamic disk which is only meant to span a partition across multiple hard drives.
It would be best to start over and reinstall. You are currently installed in UEFI mode so would boot your WIn7 installation media as a EFI device in the boot menu, delete all partitions during the install using the Drive Options pictured in Steps 7/8 of Clean Install Windows 7, to create and format new partitions as desired. Back up your files first, and unplug the other HD's.
If you want to try to repair it you can use the non-destructive option to try to preserve what you have following Option One in Convert a Dynamic Disk to a Basic Disk. Any other method to convert it back to Basic will destroy all the data on it.
Be sure to back up your data first.
