CHKDSK deleted so many dll diles that nothing works

A CHKDSK ran and a large amount of dll files got deleted and now when windows logs on I get black screen and explorer won't run because of a missing dll file and task manager complains about he same file being missing. Safe moee is more or the same. Basically i have a cursor that does nothing. I can open command prompt though if that helps at all. I'd like o avoid losing riles if possible. Thanks.

Open command prompt in administrator mode and use sfc /scannow command as per this tutorial to start with SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

CHKDSK would not delete dll files, so I am confused there with your statement.

Anyways, these below tuts should help:

Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

    Repair Install

Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Ok sfc /scannow didn't work and I couldn't even get the text file of results. However, I did some digging and managed to find a way to get the dll files and copy them onto system32 properly. It works but the problem remains there's a lot of dll files missing/corrupted. Is there a way to copy them in bulk onto system32. I've tried xcopy on administrator:command prompt but in ends after access denied. Thanks again
